Field Executive

Job Overview

• Supervise and manage end-to-end fieldwork execution for primary market research projects (quantitative and qualitative)
• Ensure high-quality data collection aligned with project objectives, timelines, and compliance standards
  
  

Essential Functions

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee fieldwork activities across multiple research projects
• Recruit, train, and manage field investigators/interviewers
• Assign fieldwork tasks and monitor daily productivity and progress
• Ensure adherence to research methodologies, sampling plans, and client requirements
• Conduct regular quality checks (back-checks, validation calls, spot checks, audits)
• Manage logistics including scheduling, travel, permissions, and materials for field teams
• Troubleshoot field challenges and provide on-ground problem resolution
• Track project timelines and ensure timely completion within budget
• Maintain accurate fieldwork documentation and reporting
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (project managers, data processing teams)
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and company standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Req
• 3 years of related experience Req
• Analytic and project management skills
