Job Description:
We are partnering with a leading regional developer of large-scale public-private partnership (PPP) projects across oil and gas, energy transition, water distribution, and social infrastructure, with a substantial portfolio of projects under management and a growing family of operating companies. - Minimum of 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of recruitment within infrastructure, construction, energy, oil and gas, or a comparable project-driven or holding-company environment in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi labor law, Nitaqat/Saudization frameworks, and the local talent landscape, including technical and engineering talent pools.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume mobilization hiring alongside specialist and senior appointments.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment reporting.
