About the Role:
Ensure the healthy growth, welfare, and productivity of poultry flocks through proper daily care, monitoring, and farm management practices. Maintain consistent production performance by following biosecurity standards, feeding programs, and environmental controls to achieve optimal egg or meat output. Support smooth farm operations by assisting in routine tasks such as vaccination, record-keeping, cleaning, and equipment maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly activity plans for farm operations, including feeding, vaccination, health checks, and maintenance schedules. Ensure all plans align with production targets and company standards
- Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, feed, and Farms manager to ensure smooth farm operations. Coordinate with farm supervisors, veterinarians, and maintenance teams &Farms manager for timely task execution
- Maintain accurate records of herd performance, feed usage, and farm activities. Generate reports and share them with farm management for decision-making
- Monitor feed, medicine, consumables, and equipment inventory levels. Plan and request replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Identify gaps in farm processes and recommend improvements for efficiency, animal welfare, and cost control. Maintain accurate records of egg production, feed consumption, mortality rates, and vaccinations. Coordinate shipping of EGGS TO Hatchery on daily basis
- Focused on achieving production targets and continuous improvement. Conscious of workplace hazards and proactive in maintaining a safe environment Maintain and upgrade farm equipment such as feeders, drinkers, climate control systems, and egg-handling machinery
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or Poultry Production and animal Science, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role
- 2 to 4 Years Experience in GP farms.
- Excellent communication skills Arabic / English
