Business Development Director

This role is ideally suited to a professional with a strong background working for a drilling contractor or drilling services company, with a deep understanding of rig contracting, day rates, lease agreements, and commercial operations.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience within the drilling, oilfield services, or rig contracting sector.
• Strong knowledge of drilling rig contracts, commercial structures, day rates, mobilization agreements, and lease arrangements.
• Proven ability to identify and penetrate new markets, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing commercial and business development teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and investment evaluation.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging clients, partners, investors, and executive leadership.
• Experience across the Saudi Arabian energy sector and a strong understanding of the regional market landscape is highly preferred.
