Main Job Purpose
Responsible for estimating the cost of repairing damaged vehicles.
Accountabilities
- Communicating with customers regarding repair status and answering any questions they may have about their vehicle or repair process.
- Inspecting vehicles to determine their condition and whether they can be repaired at a reasonable cost.
- Preparing estimates for repairs based on customer input, including any special requests or requirements.
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding the repair process and estimated costs, as well as handling claims processing.
- Misuse Estimation, follow up with Customers and get approvals.
- Education and Certification Requirements Automotive diploma or equivalent
- 4 – 5 Years of Experience in same scope
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Computer Skills MS Office Suite
- Customer service
- Oral communication skills
- Time management
- Product knowledge
- Highly motivated, well organized, resourceful
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms
- Practical knowledge of safe working methods
- Data analysis skills
- Results-driven with ability to meet customer expectations
- 5 GCSEs (A–C grade) or equivalent including Mathematics
