About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate / Junior Electrical Engineer to support our PMO and engineering teams on commercial, retail, and mall projects. The role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with Zero up to two years of experience who are eager to learn electrical design coordination, site follow-up, documentation, and project reporting under the supervision of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated Fresh Graduate / Junior Electrical Engineer to support our PMO and engineering teams on commercial, retail, and mall projects. The role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with Zero up to two years of experience who are eager to learn electrical design coordination, site follow-up, documentation, and project reporting under the supervision of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in reviewing electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Assist in coordinating electrical requirements related to owner scope, tenant scope, and interface points with other disciplines.
- Participate in site visits and inspections, record observations, and follow up on action items, snag lists, and technical comments.
- Assist in reviewing basic power, lighting, low-current, fire alarm, and HVAC electrical interface requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and suppliers to support smooth project delivery.
- Prepare simple progress updates, meeting notes, inspection summaries, and documentation logs.
- Support tracking of project deliverables against approved schedules, drawings, and instructions.
- Assist in organizing RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
- Follow applicable safety requirements, local codes, and company procedures while escalating technical issues to senior engineers.
- Develop technical knowledge through direct exposure to design reviews, site execution, testing, commissioning, and project close-out.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of experience, including internship or cooperative training.
- Basic understanding of power distribution, lighting systems, low-current systems, fire alarm systems, and electrical safety principles.
- Basic knowledge of reading engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is required; Revit MEP or BIM exposure is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English, with willingness to improve technical reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to visit project sites and support field coordination as required.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration or eligibility is preferred.
- Electrical design coordination for commercial and retail projects.
- Project documentation, inspection follow-up, and PMO reporting practices.
- Coordination between owner, tenant, consultant, contractor, and internal teams.
- Practical exposure to site execution, testing, commissioning, and handover requirements.
