The Project
This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The Project

You’ll Be Responsible For
- Follow information management processes and standards, including ISO19650, to ensure effective delivery on client-facing projects.
- Support project teams by guiding colleagues in IM practices and ensuring accessible, accurate information across programmes.
- Provide assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts, maintaining compliance with governance requirements.
- Contribute to the set-up, implementation, and development of the Common Data Environment, supporting efficient project delivery.
- Coordinate activities to achieve agreed objectives, managing performance, development, and coaching within project teams.
- Actively engage with the Digital Centre of Excellence and contribute to Mace’s net zero carbon transition through proactive emissions management.
- Experience in information management across projects and programmes.
- Knowledge of information architecture, conventions, and ISO19650 standards.
- Technical qualifications or certifications such as APM IM, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in key IM software including Aconex, SharePoint, and similar platforms.
