“Director Of Special Education”

Delta Education and Training Company is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to lead its Special Education Division in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop the school’s special education programs.

* Oversee Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

* Supervise and support special education teachers and specialists.

* Ensure high-quality learning support and inclusive educational practices.

* Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school leadership.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

* Relevant experience in special education and educational leadership.

* Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessment, intervention, and inclusion practices.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
