About The Role
A luxury hotel preparing to open in Diriyah is seeking a Director of Human Resources. About The Role

- Lead recruitment and workforce planning for the hotel opening.
- Work with department heads to identify future leaders and prepare them for larger roles.
- Oversee employee relations, compensation, performance management and engagement.
- Advise the General Manager and regional HR team on staffing, retention and leadership development.
- Experience leading HR in a luxury hotel, resort or complex hospitality operation.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and succession planning.
- A track record of developing leaders and guiding teams through change.
