About The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, with a functional reporting relationship to the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources, the Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the hotel’s leadership team.
As a member of the Executive Committee, you will lead the development and execution of a people strategy that aligns with both property and brand objectives. You will oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, workforce planning, succession management, associate engagement, performance development, compensation strategy, and organisational effectiveness.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring the ability to balance business priorities with a people-first approach, ensuring the hotel attracts, develops, and retains exceptional talent while fostering an engaging and inclusive workplace culture.

- Build strong relationships with ownership representatives, regional HR leaders, and key stakeholders, providing meaningful insights on talent, retention, and workforce performance.
