Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within a comparable organizational structure, demonstrating sustained achievement in executive roles.
- Proven track record of strategic planning and implementation, with measurable outcomes that reflect successful organizational growth and sustainability.
- Deep understanding of financial management principles including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, with experience in resource allocation and optimization.
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships, including government agencies, boards, and community organizations, demonstrating skillful negotiation and advocacy.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across all operational facets.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance issues relevant to non-profit or public sector operations and the ability to lead organizations in maintaining ethical governance.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce development, with a focus on talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies.

Job Responsibilities:
