Responsibilities

• Support digital and technology-related initiatives across the organization.
• Assist in data collection, reporting, and basic analysis activities.
• Help maintain dashboards, digital tools, and system records.
• Support automation, process improvement, and digital transformation tasks.
• Coordinate with teams to gather information and support digital projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, digital tools, or data analysis platforms.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
