Digital Channel Operations Specialist | alfanar Electric

This role is the technical backbone of our digital platforms. Your primary mission is to manage our websites, enhance our visibility on search engines (SEO), and run automated email/SMS campaigns. You will bridge the gap between creative marketing and web technology to ensure our digital experiences are fast, modern, and built to convert traffic into leads.

Digital Channel Infrastructure & Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations of core digital infrastructure, focusing heavily on the website, digital product catalogs, and dedicated landing pages.
• Update and maintain web content, technical datasheets, and digital assets to ensure absolute structural accuracy, responsiveness, and alignment with corporate guidelines.
• Ensure proper functionality, platform uptime, security configuration, and optimal page-load speeds across all web touchpoints.

Technical Deployment & Platform Coordination:

• Upload, format, and publish technical content across web management systems (CMS) in line with approved campaign deployment timelines.
• Coordinate with internal IT departments and external web development teams to ensure seamless deployment of new digital platforms or portal features.
• Support the technical localization, code embedding, and structural formatting of digital assets for diverse regional sites.

Search & Analytics Operations Support:

• Support the execution of search engine strategies by monitoring and optimizing technical SEO elements (meta-tagging, site mapping, and mobile responsiveness).
• Track web traffic patterns, lead form pathways, and user navigation setups to ensure flawless tracking across all web assets.
• Assist in monitoring platform health metrics and reporting basic technical performance diagnostics.

Data Hygiene, Tracking & System Flow:

• Maintain accurate records of web assets, link tracking architectures (UTM parameters), and structural site updates.
• Generate technical reports on web performance, including organic search rankings, site traffic, bounce rates, and user experience metrics.
• Ensure data consistency and clean data-capture pathways across web forms and integrated backend marketing platforms.

User Experience & Technical Issue Resolution:

• Monitor web channels continuously for backend issues related to broken links, faulty forms, layout shifts, or poor mobile user experiences.
• Coordinate directly with technical development teams to troubleshoot bugs, resolve system errors, and ensure smooth backend operation.
• Support continuous technical improvement of digital platforms based on user behavior data and stakeholder feedback.

Compliance, Security & Governance:

• Ensure all web layouts, scripts, and data-collection forms comply strictly with corporate data policies, brand guidelines, and applicable privacy standards.
• Follow approved data management and publishing processes for all structural website changes and script updates.

HR Proficiency:

• Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job

Delivery:

• Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

Problem-Solving:

• Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.

Quality:

• Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements:

• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance:

• Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety, and Environment:

• Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
