تعلن شركة آثار القابضة عن توفر فرصة تدريبية ضمن برنامج تمهير بمسمى أخصائي إدارة مشاريع، وذلك للانضمام إلى فريق العمل واكتساب خبرة عملية في إدارة المشاريع، ودعم تنفيذ المبادرات، والمساهمة في تطوير وتحسين الأعمال ضمن بيئة عمل احترافية.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية

دعم أعمال إدارة المشاريع ومتابعة تنفيذ المهام والمبادرات.

تنفيذ الأعمال الإدارية والتنظيمية المرتبطة بسير العمل.

المشاركة في إعداد الملفات الفنية ودراسات السوق والدراسات المالية.

جمع وتحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير الداعمة لاتخاذ القرار.

إعداد النماذج والعروض التقديمية والمراسلات الرسمية.

التنسيق مع الجهات والأقسام ذات العلاقة لضمان إنجاز الأعمال بكفاءة.

متابعة مؤشرات الأداء وتحديث بيانات المشاريع والمبادرات.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الصناعية.

إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office، وخاصة Excel وPowerPoint.

مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية جيدة.

مهارات تواصل وتنسيق فعّالة.

القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

الرغبة في التعلم والتطوير المهني.

أن يكون المتقدم مؤهلًا للالتحاق ببرنامج تمهير.

شروط الأهلية لبرنامج تمهير

أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الجنسية.

حاصلًا على درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى.

غير موظف حاليًا في القطاع العام أو الخاص.

غير مسجل في التأمينات الاجتماعية خلال الستة أشهر الماضية.

ألا يكون قد استفاد سابقًا من برنامج تمهير استفادة كاملة.
