Job Description
The Data Privacy Senior Specialist supports the design, implementation, and monitoring of Takamol’s personal data protection program to ensure compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations, and alignment with SDAIA and NDMO controls and global best practice. Working under the direction of the Data Management Senior Director, the role safeguards personal and sensitive information, embeds privacy-by-design across processing activities, and promotes a culture of data protection throughout the organization.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Management Information System, Data Science or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in data protection, data privacy, risk management, or data security within a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of core data privacy principles such as data minimization, purpose limitation, lawful basis, and accountability.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining data protection policies, procedures, and standards, including DPIAs and privacy-by-design. Certifications (preferred).
- CIPM, CIPP/E, or equivalent privacy certification; CDMP/DAMA an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of PDPL, NDMO, and SDAIA standards.
- Conducting privacy risk assessments, DPIAs, and audits.
- Data classification and personal data protection controls.
- Familiarity with data privacy management tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Project management, attention to detail, and documentation.
