This role is a permanent, full-time, and fully remote position designed for someone starting their career in data management and analysis.

What you would do
As a Data Operations Coordinator, you are the custodian of the raw information that informs our models. You will be responsible for the initial processing of datasets, ensuring that information is clean, categorized, and ready for the building phase. This involves auditing spreadsheets for errors, verifying that figures match the original source documents, and maintaining the integrity of our internal databases. You will assist in the mapping of invoice ledgers to financial models, identifying inconsistencies that require further investigation. While you are not yet building the final artifacts, your work provides the essential proof that the builders and challengers rely on. You will spend your days organizing information, documenting data sources, and ensuring that our analytical process begins with a solid foundation of facts.

Helpful background
This is an entry level role, and we value technical comfort and a logical mindset over years of experience. You should have a strong command of spreadsheet software, including an understanding of how to organize large amounts of information without losing clarity.
