Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for stock replenishment orders, direct customer shipments (credit orders), and branch deliveries within Northwestern Region.
- Coordinate and communicate order status, delivery schedules, and shipment updates with regional sales teams and regional representatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders in line with company procedures and service level expectations.
- Resolve sales teams’ inquiries and non-technical complaints professionally and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and delivery documentation.
- Work closely with Production and Operations teams to communicate product requirements, priorities, and delivery schedules
- Support production planning by providing demand for your assigned regions when needed.
- Facilitate communication between Sales, Warehousing, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare and provide product certifications, technical data sheets, material safety data sheets (MSDS), compliance documents, and other customer-required documentation, when needed.
- Maintain shipment records, customer files, and operational documentation in accordance with the company's Document Retention Policy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics, distribution or related commercial functions
- Strong understanding of customer order management and distribution processes.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- Experience within a multinational organization.
