As a CT Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as the central technical focal point, coordinating and delivering timely engineering support for gas turbine operations. Your role will involve ensuring efficient communication between customers, field service, and global engineering teams, while providing hands-on support during outages to maintain high availability and customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve ensuring efficient communication between customers, field service, and global engineering teams, while providing hands-on support during outages to maintain high availability and customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Act as the primary engineering focal point (ESPOC) for assigned units/customers within the region.
- Coordinate and manage all technical queries between customers, field service, and global engineering teams.
- Ensure timely and high-quality technical responses to support safe and reliable plant operation.
- Lead or support root cause analysis (RCA), risk assessments, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support outage planning and execution, including scope, spares, and technical recommendations.
- Drive identification of modification & upgrade (M&U) opportunities while promoting a customer-first mindset and Zero Harm safety culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in gas turbine maintenance and operation.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Good understanding of fleet reliability, outages, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience working in KSA and with multicultural/global teams.
- Familiarity with materials, manufacturing, and repair processes.
