The project:
A Large multipurpose Venue for long-term use as a versatile hub for sports, entertainment, and community events in the heart of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
You’ll be responsible for:

Lead feasibility studies, cost planning, estimating, procurement strategy development, and contract selection to support successful project delivery.

Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including prequalification, tendering, bid evaluation, contractor selection, and contract preparation.

Oversee contract administration activities, including approval of contracts, warranties, bonds, licenses, valuations, and formal execution documentation.

Maintain full accountability for cost management, cost control, cost reporting, post-contract reporting, and valuation services throughout project lifecycles.

Direct the assessment and management of design change costs, contract awards, construction-related expenditures, client charges, and claims for delay and additional costs.

Ensure effective contract close-out processes, including practical completion, defect rectification, final completion certification, and agreement of final accounts.

Lead strategic planning, performance improvement initiatives, and delivery of cost management services, driving KPIs, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Manage and develop high-performing teams while promoting collaboration, leadership excellence, and the proactive management of carbon reduction and net-zero objectives.
You’ll need to have:

Minimum 20 years relevant experience in cost management / commercial management on major capital projects, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles.

Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary cost teams and reporting to clients / government entities.
