Job Purpose
Provide all stc Group Board/Committee decisions and resolutions to related stakeholders to enable the business & financial decisions execution and monitor and report their implementatio
Job Responsibility
Provide all stc Group Board/Committee decisions and resolutions to related stakeholders to enable the business & financial decisions execution and monitor and report their implementation
Manages the schedules of all Group/stc Board/Committee meetings in coordination with the relevant stakeholders also ensure prepare agenda meetings and develop minutes of meetings and share it back with the concerned relevant stakeholders secretariat
Prepare Group/stc Board/Committee Secretariat with proposed meetings agendas
Prepare the material needed for Board/Committee meetings while abiding by highest governance standards
Continuously evaluating the stc Group Board/Committee priorities, and following up on all priority tasks and ensuring their implementation
Provide support and assistance to related stakeholders in regards to Group/stc Board/Committee decisions and resolutions
