Community Officer

Job Description:

Manage and develop relationships with the target community, enhance engagement and participation in initiatives and programs, and build an effective network of beneficiaries and partners that contributes to achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related administrative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role involving business development initiatives, programs, and entrepreneurship projects.
• Good knowledge of entrepreneurship and business development fundamentals.
• Good understanding of operational processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
