As a community liaison officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Organize community meetings and feedback sessions.
- Manage CSR projects: boreholes, school renovations, tree planting.
- Promote zero-mercury and safe mining practices.
- Resolve disputes between miners and company.
- Report impact metrics to management.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Degree in Community Development, Sociology, or related.
- Fluent in Twi and deep knowledge of Akyem culture.
- Experience in CSR or community engagement.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
