Sanabil Studio is a venture builder that blends industry expertise, technology, and startup know-how to turn bold ideas into real businesses. We take concepts from zero to launch, and when a venture proves its potential, we back it with seed funding and hands-on support to help it scale.

A27 is building the infrastructure for the future of structured finance. The fundamental question we ask ourselves every day is: how do we make the end-to-end asset lifecycle in private capital markets more efficient, accurate, and fast for borrowers and lenders?

A27 brings together deep financial expertise, AI, and modern infrastructure to reimagine how private capital markets operate. Over time, the platform will extend into the tokenization of real-world assets. We have already validated promising demand in the market and are now entering the next stage of growth.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CXO to lead A27 from early traction to scale, owning the company's strategy, commercial growth, fundraising, and long-term vision while building a category-defining structured finance infrastructure business from the ground up.

THE ROLE What You'll Own Here.

• Set and execute A27's strategy, from the initial wedge to the broader vision for structured finance infrastructure and the tokenization of real-world assets.
• Own revenue and growth: build the commercial engine, close the first clients, and grow recurring revenue from early traction.
• Lead enterprise sales into financial institutions, corporates, and capital markets participants, and earn trust with senior decision-makers in a conservative buying environment.
• Raise the Seed round and future capital, and present progress regularly to the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee.
• Recruit and lead the founding team across commercial, product, and operations, and partner closely with the CTO on the product roadmap.
• Build relationships with regulators, banks, and ecosystem partners, including engagement with the relevant capital markets authorities.
• Own pricing, packaging, and the path from a focused first product to a multi-product platform.
• Set the culture and operating rhythm from day one.

THE PROFILE You're probably a fit if...

• You have built and scaled a business, whether as a founder, early operator, or senior commercial leader, ideally in fintech, financial services, or enterprise SaaS.
• You understand structured finance, private capital markets, or asset-backed finance, and can hold a credible conversation with senior financial decision-makers.
• You have sold complex products to enterprises or financial institutions, and know how to earn trust and close long sales cycles.
• You have led a team before, including hiring, developing, and when necessary letting people go.
• You have a strong understanding of the Saudi market and how large corporations and financial institutions make decisions.
• You are comfortable owning revenue, fundraising, and board-level relationships.
• You are currently based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• You are fluent in Arabic and English.
  
  

Bonus: experience in structured finance, private credit, debt capital markets, or the tokenization of real-world assets; a network across Saudi corporates, banks, or the regulatory ecosystem; previous seed or pre-seed startup experience; or prior experience working inside a venture studio.
