Client Service Intern

Assist in responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or meetings. Documentation support: Help prepare client reports, presentations, and service updates. Coordination: Support scheduling of client meetings and follow‑ups. Data management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems. Issue tracking: Monitor client requests and ensure timely resolution. Research: Conduct market or industry research to support client discussions. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Interest in client relationship management and customer service excellence.
