Civil Engineer

Baytonia Company is hiring Civil Engineer 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in construction and site engineering.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and site supervision.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Primavera is a plus).

• Ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site.

• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Prepare progress reports and monitor project performance.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
