Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of cakes, including customized and specialty cakes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all cake products.
- Prepare cake sponges, fillings, frostings, icings, and decorations according to approved recipes.
- Create customized cake designs based on customer requirements and company standards.
- Develop new cake flavors, designs, and seasonal items when required.
- Manage daily cake production schedules and ensure timely preparation.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
- Control ingredient usage, minimize waste, and maintain proper stock levels.
- Ensure all baking tools, equipment, and work areas are clean and well maintained.
- Support kitchen and pastry teams during peak periods and special orders.
- Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Cake Maker or Pastry Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of cake baking, frosting, and decoration techniques.
- Experience with fondant, buttercream, and basic cake sculpting is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines for custom orders.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in design and presentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
