About the Role: To organize and assist assigned shift, to carry out the production plans within the agreed time schedules, defined quality standards and budgetary controls. Supervise and manage operators to operate efficiently within defined safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Must be holding Bachelor's in Bakery or Food Technology.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a Bakery.
• Experience in the production of bread and pastry products
• good verbal and written communication English skills.
• Must have competencies such as: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Capable of leading and managing a multicultural workforce, Communication skills, on job training, Coaching skills, Analytical skills, Giving constructive feedback, good team player.
