Job Description:
The Board Member will provide strategic leadership and governance to the organization, promoting the mission and vision while ensuring operational effectiveness and financial sustainability. Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of executive or senior management experience in a relevant industry, demonstrating a track record of strategic leadership.

- Expertise in financial oversight, including budget management, financial reporting, and risk assessment.
