Please note: This position is based on AMAALA Island, a remote and exclusive destination on the Red Sea. Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a remote island environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel, lounge, or hospitality venue preferred
• A warm, professional, and guest-first personality
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage menus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure during peak service hours
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Good English communication skills (Arabic a plus)

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and engaging with guests throughout their bar experience
• Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to the highest standards
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and setup of the bar area
• Managing stock, inventory, and responsible service
• Handling guest requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Supporting opening and closing duties
