Responsibilities

• Technical Coordination
• Support the coordination and review of engineering designs across Electrical, Control systems, ICT, and landscape disciplines.
• Ensure alignment and consistency between Power, Lighting, Irrigation, and Smart Systems.
• Review engineering submissions, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Interface Management
• Coordinate technical interfaces between:
• Power and Lighting Systems.
• Control systems (PLC, SCADA)
• Smart/digital platforms (IoT, BMS, central systems).
• Liaise with client, consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Track and follow up on interface points to ensure timely closure.
• Project Execution Support
• Monitor engineering progress against schedule and deliverables.
• Follow up on outstanding submissions and technical clarifications.
• Perform the commissioning activities including FAT, SAT, and System Integration.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Support implementation of QA/QC processes.
• Identify technical risks and assist in mitigation planning.
• Smart Systems Integration
• Support integration of smart lighting and power systems into centralized.
• Assist in coordination of IoT-enabled systems and energy management solutions.
• Ensure compatibility of control systems across disciplines.
• Sustainability Support
• Assist in implementing energy-efficient and sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to achieving project sustainability targets.
• Reporting & Communication
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and coordination records.
• Participate in technical and coordination meetings.
