Assistant Branch Manager

Primary Responsibilities

Design, Develop & Implement policies and tactics to operate the entire Business Unit in profit by meeting its business goals, which includes application of overall Organizational strategy designed by the top management

2 Lead Managers and Supervisors to meet the business and professional goals.

3 Maintain and oversee entire operations of the Branch on a daily basis to get the desired results and contribute to process improvements.

4 Effectively engage in sales management.

5 Plan and manage production, delivery, procurement, storage, and transportation processes with optimum utilization of resources by implementing cost controlling measures.

6 Carry out research on changing needs and trends in the market to ensure the organization serves and adjusts to the changes and competencies.

Requirements

Branch Managers are responsible for the entire operations of the Branch they are entrusted with. While they manage to generate the revenue as per the business plan, they also ensure the expenses are controlled to keep the financial health of the organization safe and secure. They keep the organization competitive and innovative. They possess a great understanding of marketing, sales, and internal operational strategies with extensive industry experience.

Branch Managers should have an excellent understanding of Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Management, and Numbers. They should be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures. A wide degree of creativity is expected.

They are focused on the market changes to adapt to such changes in the organization. They will be responsible for maximizing the potential of business in the region and crafting competitive business plans. Branch Managers lead the team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting goals, creating, analyzing data, and building the entire team.
