Job Purpose:

The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the department. The role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing documents, and supporting internal processes to enable smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, document preparation, and filing to support smooth departmental operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions as required.
  • Maintain organized records, databases, and shared folders to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and internal requests.
  • Support logistics coordination such as room bookings, travel arrangements, and event preparation.
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and official documents in line with company standards.
  • Assist in procurement requests, invoice processing, and basic data entry as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information and documents.
  • Provide support to team members and contribute to improving administrative processes and efficiency.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position.
