Job Description:

The Managing Director is a pivotal leadership role that entails driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the organization. Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a senior management role within a relevant industry.

  • Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.

  • Demonstrated experience in cultivating a high-performance culture and leading large teams towards achieving business objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of corporate governance and compliance frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:
