As an Admin Assistant at Guardian’s Al-Jubail site, you will play a key role in providing operational and administrative support focused on employee administration, government relations, accommodation and welfare, contractors/support services, and team development.

As an Admin Assistant at Guardian’s Al-Jubail site, you will play a key role in providing operational and administrative support focused on employee administration, government relations, accommodation and welfare, contractors/support services, and team development.
What You Will Do
- Manage iqama/visa/work‑permit issuance, renewals, corrections, and related fines.
- Provide day‑to‑day employee administrative services (records, onboarding/offboarding help).
- Arrange employee travel (air tickets, hotels) and issue visitor invitations/permits.
- Execute government transactions (GOSI, Labor Office, Passports, Civil Defense, municipality).
- Ensure regulatory and labor‑law compliance, support government inspections and audits.
- Act as liaison with authorities during incidents, investigations, or inquiries.
- Manage labor camp contracts, monitor service quality, and oversee employee welfare initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary cases and advise supervisors on corrective actions and documentation.
- Oversee contractor administration (attendance, payroll coordination, safety and contract compliance).
- Supervise drivers, security staff, and government‑relations representatives.
- Train, coach, and develop the administrative team; monitor performance and provide feedback.
- Promote PBM principles and drive continuous improvement in admin processes.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience in administration, government relations, or employee services, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficient in MS Office and Saudi government systems and processes (GOSI, Labor Office, Passports, Civil Defense).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
