About The Role

Join us and play a vital role in ensuring our flight and cabin operations meet and exceed regulatory and industry standards.
In this role, you’ll conduct audits and inspections across flight and cabin operations to ensure compliance with GACA regulations, IOSA standards, internal policies, and best practices. You will identify and report risks, verify corrective actions, and contribute to our quality assurance system to drive continuous improvement.
You’ll be responsible for leading internal audits, preparing detailed reports, and monitoring corrective and preventive measures. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll promote a culture of compliance and support preparations for external audits, while helping refine internal audit processes and tools.

About You
Degree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial airline operations, and at least 1 year of experience conducting internal audits or supporting compliance activities.
You are expected to hold an IOSA Accredited Auditor qualification.
