Accounting Manager

A leading large-scale Sports Services company is hiring an Accounting Manager based in Riyadh. This role oversees the accounting operations for both the corporate head office and multiple club locations. Reporting to the Finance Director, the manager will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain internal controls, and support audit readiness.

• Operations & Reporting: Supervise day-to-day AP, GL, payroll, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations. Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports (cash flow, actuals vs. projections, loans).
• Compliance & Audit: Manage all Saudi tax requirements (Zakat, WHT, VAT) per ZATCA guidelines. Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors.
• Controls & Optimization: Monitor budget deviations, enforce SOPs/PO compliance, and streamline ERP processes (Oracle or SAP) while training the accounting team.
• Financial Integrity: Ensure accurate intercompany and club-level reconciliations to support scalable growth.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (ACCA, CMA, or CPA certifications are a strong plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience (7+ years preferred in a supervisory role), ideally with multi-entity accounting exposure.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP), strong control over cash flow/asset registers, and fluency in English.
