We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to start a career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to maintaining a positive and compliant workplace environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding activities, including document collection and orientation
  • Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical)
  • Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support preparation of employment contracts and official letters
  • Coordinate with payroll for employee data updates
  • Support HR reporting and data entry in HR systems
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor law and company policies
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures documentation


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (internship experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
