Account Manager

We are looking for a Account Manager to join our growing marketing agency and work closely with our team across a variety of client accounts and industries.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital advertising, social media management, and campaign performance, with the ability to understand client objectives and turn them into measurable marketing actions.

Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee clients’ social media accounts.

* Plan and organize social media calendars and publishing schedules.

* Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

* Work across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads.

* Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimize campaign performance.

* Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and prepare performance reports and recommendations.

* Contribute to marketing plans and campaign strategies.

* Coordinate with content, creative, design, and production teams.

* Communicate with clients and manage requirements, feedback, and approvals.

* Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

* Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.

* Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

* Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

* Comfortable working collaboratively in an agency environment.

* Previous agency experience is a plus.

* A portfolio, campaign examples, or examples of previously managed accounts are highly preferred.
