What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Manage product availability across assigned Traditional Trade customers, ensuring a high level of customer service and smooth day-to-day sales operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while supporting the development of new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure effective execution of sales and service activities
- Coordinate with Finance and Logistics teams to support order fulfillment, product availability and other daily operational requirements
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Merchandising and Sales Excellence teams to ensure effective execution in the market
- Prepare and maintain accurate weekly and monthly reports and submit required information within agreed timelines
- Represent the company professionally and operate in line with company policies, HSE standards, food safety requirements and applicable procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in a sales channel, preferably as a Sales Executive or Merchandiser
- Good command of Arabic and basic English, both written and spoken
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage day-to-day priorities
- Strong organization and follow-up skills, with the ability to meet deadlines accurately and efficiently
