The Role

  • Supports the delivery of quality benefits administration services to WTW clients

  • As a primary client and vendor contact, responsible for issue resolution related to data, system, and requirements

  • Learns WTW’s system and makes system updates as needed

  • Manages daily processes related to the benefits administration

  • Serves as an escalation point for shared services

  • Leads internal and external system and tools trainings

  • Ensures that WTW’s documentation standards and best practices are followed

  • Performs and manages all responsibilities related to the Business Analyst role 1 and complies with our security protocols

The Requirements

  • Understanding of the administrative process as it relates to Health & Welfare and/or Pension benefit plans preferred

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence

  • Ability to work extended hours as needed

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, and performance in the role.


The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $58,000 - $65,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
