Position Overview:

Designs, implements, and evaluates patient specific and population based programs of care. Advances the practice of nursing to achieve quality and cost effective patient outcomes. Leads multidisciplinary groups in designing and implementing innovative evidenced based practice that address system problems or patient care issues. Adheres to hospital polices, industry standards, best practices, and applicable laws/regulations and codes to promote a quality, highly reliable patient experience. Engages in continuous growth and development in professional advanced nursing practice

Job Description:

EDUCATION

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Master's: nursing

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

RN-Registered Nurse of California

CNS-Clinical Nurse Specialist

BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

5 years experience as an RN in an acute care setting
Pay Range: 86.02-113.54

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
