What you will be doing

Design, develop and maintain proprietary data pipeline to merge and transform clinical oncology data into consistent datasets for analysis. Implement enhancements to various applications that support the data pipeline. Coordinate with subject matter experts to create requirements for new capabilities and conduct the implementation. Utilizing SQL Server to perform T-SQL development and database design. Utilize Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack including SQL Server Integration Services, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services. Work in an Agile Development/DevOps environment. Utilize Azure Data Factory to ingest clinical data sources. Secure protected health information including HIPPA. Utilize C# to perform ETL scripting

Extract, transform and load raw clinical oncology data sources into the RefineIQ data model. Add new capabilities to the RefineIQ pipeline including new cleaning rules, auto-mapping logic, and other processing enhancements. Implement enhancements to the Mapping Tool and Lot Assign Tool applications that support the RefineIQ pipeline. Implement data quality monitoring protocols to ensure quality of downstream reporting deliverables. Mentor junior members of the development team

What your background should look like

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience in the following: utilizing SQL Server to perform T-SQL development and database design; utilizing Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack including SQL Server Integration Services, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services; working in an Agile Development/DevOps environment; utilizing Azure Data Factory to ingest clinical data sources; securing protected health information including HIPPA; and utilizing C# to perform ETL scripting. Full-time Remote work available (once a year will need to go to Carrollton, TX office). Salaries depend on geography, exp, and edu; negotiations begin at $115,232/year
