Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards the Director of HR Technology develops and implements HR system and process improvement strategies that optimize the employee experience and deliver agile HR solutions that can adapt and respond to the needs of our business workforce and patients.


Provide ongoing strategic evaluation of HR systems and delivery of services to ensure alignment with organizational goals competitive landscape and regulatory environment.

Drive the design implementation and evaluation of optimal employee services through cost effective efficient and contemporary solutions. Continually strive for operational excellence and simplicity in the employee experience.

Ensure audits and control processes are developed and followed in compliance with federal and state regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Oversee the successful delivery deployment and adoption of complex projects (e.g. HRIS Case Management Knowledgebase etc.) that require stakeholder management.

Manage the overall design implementation delivery and support of the organization�s HR technology systems standards and related procedures to ensure best practice and successful adoption throughout the company.

Be a steward of optimization utilizing the system and process design to its full potential to streamline and automate systems and services.

Provide HR system maintenance and support. Assists with the execution of system changes (updates integrations new configurations etc.) and partner with IS to coordinate required system testing.

Provide end-user training troubleshooting issue remediation technology request assistance and escalation management. Monitor reoccurring issues and proactively identify potential sources of increased efficiency and enhancements.

Possesses overall accountability for data integrity including quality accuracy timeliness and usability (includes core systems and related interfaces). Maintains data integrity of HR systems through pro-active means (audits queries etc.). Ensure data infrastructure supports future growth and integration of data for analytical insights.

Govern and oversee major projects and strategic change initiatives including managing impact analysis cost and benefit estimation business case development ongoing risk assessment and resource planning.

Partner with HR Business Partners Centers of Excellence and other key stakeholders to establish KPIs performance standards and service level agreements.

Develop and implement operational policies procedures within HRIS including work intake governance and quality controls. Establish and measure service levels and issue response.

Drive the creation of knowledge/content framework and ensure development and maintenance of all supporting content including process documentation quick reference guides FAQs training material etc.

Lead the HR Systems Team. Foster an inclusive and creative environment. providing coaching development and training.

Develop and manage the operational budget for the HR Information Systems department.

Drive operational performance and service excellence within HR.

Other information:


Bachelor�s degree in human resources information technology business or a related field or equivalent combination of related professional experience and education.


5+ years of experience of applicable experience.

Experience managing and developing staff.

Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas especially HRIS benefits payroll and change management

Strong focus on customer service and responsiveness

Excellent time and project management skills

Ability to work at all levels of HR - strategic operationaland tactical

Experience with and aptitude for levering technology to solve business needs/problems.

Experience with Workday Infor UKG/Kronos and ADP preferred

Proven track record of building solid partner relationships influencing negotiating and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels of the organizaiton

High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations with poise tact and diplomacy

Demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team and ability to lead influence and motivate others

Experience analyzing and interpreting data with the goal of improving the customer experience and problem-solving

Ability to understand complex processes and their interrelations across all HR business functions

Ability to weigh risks and benefits of recommendations and ability to create business justification for all recommendations presented

Ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently in determining the most practical and effective applications of process revisions

Proven experience at effectively planning and prioritizing multiple cross-functional projects

Strong ability to manage lead and develop a results-driven team
