The position is responsible for managing all operational support, change and release management for the eCommerce platforms including Web, Call Center, Order Management and Consumer Mobile App. The manager is also responsible for the analysis of problems and incidents and providing key metrics and communications to the business and IT leadership


  • Manage all of the operations, support, build and release processes for eCommerce and Store Systems technologies.

  • Allocate resources and supervise direct reports.

  • Hire, develop, and motivate assigned staff.

  • Review, analyze, and develop strategies for support and problem reduction.

  • Create and maintain health checks for all of eCommerce and Store Systems.

  • Manage all changes, problems, incidents and all metrics associated with processes.

  • Analyze incidents and problems and identify development opportunities to improve environment stability.

Manage third party managed service providers


Experience : 7+ years of experience with ticket management systems (Service Now, Remedy). Experience supporting multiple systems in Tier1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 models with various system monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Nagios). Retail experience preferred

Education : Bachelor's degree in computer systems, computer science, or related filed is preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered

Platform knowledge (UNIX, Linux, Windows):

Professional Certifications : None

Other knowledge, skills, or abilities :

  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT support processes, build and release planning, and system health monitoring in order to ensure stability and uptime of these critical systems.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to handle conflict.

  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
