Under the direction of the director/manager and RNs, the nursing assistant facilitates patient care by providing the basic physical care and nursing procedures; providing patients with comfort measures; and maintaining a clean, safe and organized environment.
Job Opening Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Post-high school special training preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license preferred
- BLS
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write in, speak and understand English.
