Job Description
To provide administrative and operational and customer support to the Professor of Naval Science and staff of NROTC Unit Hampton Roads. The position exist as a liaison between the NROTC Unit Hampton Roads Consortium University offices, and NROTC alumni. Duties include providing information about the Naval Science program to prospective students, data base management, preparing correspondence in Naval format, tracking student data, administrating the security program as an alternate when the 3 primary individuals are not available, and to procure supplies with funds provided by ODU. Based on ODU regulations, only state employees at ODU can procure supplies

Knowledge of ODU and Commonwealth of Virginia procurement policies and procedures. Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent combination academic classwork and experience. Administrative assistant experience in the military sector. Supervisory experience
