The Legacy Senior Communities

Responsible for interacting in a courteous and friendly manner with guests, residents, and team members. Performs clerical duties and answers questions/calls


The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Assists residents with scheduling:

    • transportation services

    • dining services

    • submitting work order requests

    • making reservations for various community events

  • Answer calls on a multi-line phone system.

  • Provides clerical support for administration.

  • Monitors emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours.

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Educational Requirements and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role; Senior Community preferred.

  • Experience with a multi-line phone system.
