Major/Essential Functions

Responsibilities include data entry of coursework taken at previously attended institutions, scan and index documents to imaging system and verify transcripts are complete. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. This position will assist with clerical and office needs of the Registrar's office.

Occasional Duties

Monitor Registrar inbox

Scanning and indexing documents into Xtender

Distribute incoming documents and mail

Assist with graduation procedures

Maintain strict confidentiality for admitted students, current students, faculty and staff

Provide backup support for Unit Manager

Required Qualifications

High school graduation plus five (5) years progressively responsible related experience; additional related education may exchange for required experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Computer skills.

Banner knowledge is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of the State of Texas residency requirements is preferred but not required.
