We are seeking an experienced Associate Product/Program Manager to join the Global L&D Team to support our L&D Digital Credentialing Program. This includes providing product management and executional support to a Senior Product Manager who is responsible for the change management, on-the-ground enablement, activation, and evaluation of BCG Digital Credentials. This individual will work in close collaboration with colleagues from across our L&D, IT and People teams, as well as work at the intersection of a wide range of business partners from BCG’s Practice Areas, Marketing and Knowledge Teams. This role will also be a key driver in relationship management with key vendors/partners such as: Credly and our assessment creation vendor/psychometrician team. This role requires strong project management discipline, high accountability, independence, and an ability to identify problems, quickly evaluate solutions, and build recommendations to align support for the best approach

  • Support the execution of the Digital Credentialing product vision/strategy and the development/rationalization of product roadmaps

  • Project management including keeping deliverables on track and managing bottlenecks, proactively communicating, and coordinating with cross-functional teams

  • Naturally empathizing with consumers and have a desire to build products and features they love

  • Gathering product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends

  • Serving as the primary contact for 3rd-party vendors and partners

  • Become an SME of the features, functionality, and overall benefits of the product


  • 2 years of Digital Transformation learning consulting or delivery; background in digital credentialling preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management required, with a demonstrated record of success in managing large scale change management, preferred in learning technology

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in tight timelines

  • Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for innovation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, positive disposition to creatively problem-solve

  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, ambitious environment

  • Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

  • Superior ability to synthesize diverse and complex information and data and design refined strategies, solutions, workflows, and procedures
