Do you want to play a role in reshaping global commerce?

The Forklift Integration Director will be responsible for executing the forklift strategy and accountable for achieving the annual forklift business plan targets for North America. This dynamic role will work directly with the Prologis Sales Team and external partners to scope, price and propose material handling solutions to customers and will report to the VP Material Handling. As a senior member of the Essentials team, this role is expected to be customer-facing with a specific focus on global customer interface and large fleet initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving new and used unit sales volume in North America and will serve a key role in developing the Essentials digital marketplace. The key metrics for this role include utilization rate (rental fleet), unit sales, unit margin and pipeline growth

What’s needed in order to be successful in this role:

  • Responsible for the forklift strategy for North America and for meeting/exceeding the annual business plan targets

  • Lead the rollout of the new Prologis forklift initiatives

  • Streamline operational sales motion across internal sales team and partner network

  • Develop trusted relationships with internal sales team and external vendor-partners

  • Own vendor-partner relationships, oversee deliverable commitments and SLAs are met and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

  • Analyze key insights/learnings to improve business processes and value proposition

  • Keep pulse on industry trends to identify new opportunities to add value to our customers

Tell us if you are ready:

  • 10+ years of forklift industry experience, preferably in sales and rental operations

  • Proven sales history of Class I-V material handling equipment

  • Specific knowledge of warehouse, 3PL and distribution applications

  • Deep understanding of market pricing and ability to articulate customer value proposition

  • Results-oriented professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

  • Ability to think creatively and identify new innovative go-to-market strategies for material handling solutions

  • Clear and responsive communicator who can engage directly with customers and vendor-partners

  • Track record of exceeding annual sales targets for a team of direct reports

  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and key customer stakeholders

Colorado Residence Hiring Salary Range of: $130,000-$175,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data
